Festively is not intended to be an unlimited supplier catalog.

Before a product is approved for the store, we review available product information for:

• Relevance to the Festively brand and collections
• Product format, dimensions, materials, and included items

• Inventory availability
• Pricing integrity
• Shipping-method eligibility
• Clear processing and delivery expectations
• Product-category and advertising-policy requirements

Products that lack sufficient information, cannot support our published delivery expectations, contain unsupported claims, or do not fit the store are not approved for sale.

Depending on the product, inventory availability, and approved shipping route, an order may be dispatched from a fulfillment facility located in the United States or internationally.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Regardless of where a product is dispatched from, Festively remains the seller responsible for your order, including:

Free tracked shipping

Festively currently provides free tracked standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Our standard estimated delivery period is 5–12 business days, including approximately 1–3 business days for processing and approximately 4–9 business days for carrier transit.

Product-specific delivery information will be displayed when it differs from the general estimate.

Accountable customer support

Festively provides direct customer support before and after purchase. Questions are handled by the business responsible for the order—not redirected to an unknown marketplace seller.

Festively was founded by Brandon Rohrbaugh in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

After working extensively with ecommerce platforms, product sourcing, catalog management, and online retail operations, Brandon created Festively around a more focused concept: a seasonal décor store with a consistent identity, carefully organized collections, and clearer customer expectations.

Festively is independently owned and operated. The business is being built deliberately, with an emphasis on product accuracy, transparent policies, responsible fulfillment, and long-term customer trust.
